Traceable flashing LED alert big-digit alarm timer. Easy on the eyes: Massive, 1-inch-high display permits viewing from across the lab. Its microcomputer chip permits setting 3 countdown times into memory. Program the three most frequently used times and never set countdown times again. Use any countdown time from 99 minutes, 59 seconds to 1 second. When zero is reached, the timer starts counting up to show time elapsed since alarming. Unique visual indication when counting down, green light flashes every second once the countdown time reaches 10 seconds. Red light flashes when zero has been reached and the alarm is sounding. Adjustable alarm volume has three settings which allow setting the timer to a high decibel for noisy areas, low for quiet environments or off (muted) for silent only visual flashing LED operation. To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered traceable certificate is provided from our ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST (national institute of standards and technology). Magnetic back allows timer to be placed on any metal surface such as incubators or water baths. Also has a flip-open easel for standing on the lab bench, a spring fastener for clipping to a /clipboard, and an opening for a lanyard. Accuracy is 0.01 percent. Supplied with two AAA Alkaline batteries.
