Oven thermometer measures cold or my oven is really off.Long stem deep fry thermometer works great, stay out of the way of fry basket and oil splatters.

Me han ayudado para mejorar la elaboración de los alimentos, principalmente horneado.Cómo mi horno es de gas que trae solo unos números del 1-5 no teníamos idea de la temperatura.Me sorprendió el que es para medir temperatura interna de carnes trae un sujetador para las ollas y puedes medir la temperatura del agua o aceite. Es bastante largo mide como 30 cm.Aún no he podido comprobar la precisión de ambos.
