The pump itself works well. I agree that it is overpriced (like a previous reviewer said) although I knew what I was buying when I bought it, so that's fine. The reason I'm giving it a three star review is because of the LABEL. It's horrible. I should have read the reviews before purchasing it - normally I do, but this time I did not. Anyway, the product label is huge and completely unnecessary - it goes from the top to the bottom of the bottle with maybe a half an inch on the top & bottom and the width covers about 1/3 of the bottle. If it was an easily removable label I wouldn't complain, however it is not. It did not peel off and actually took several minutes to completely remove the sticker and all residue (had to use hot water and soap). Maybe if I only had one of these bottles I would not be so annoyed (maybe), but I purchased three of them so this was a very frustrating factor. All that being said, as I mentioned at the beginning, the pump works as it should and I have no complaints on that end.

This is advertised as working for thicker creams. My gallon size jug of their muscle recovery cream did not come with a pump, and is advertised as pumpable cream. They even sell a tiny 4oz size with a pump of this cream, so it is definitely meant to be pumpable.Anyway, this pump did not work with this cream, even though it says it works with thicker creams. I am now stuck refilling the 4 oz pumpable jar they sell (which I had to buy on a separate purchase) to get this to pump, and to avoid having a whole gallon of unpumpable cream. :( I threw this pump out for this reason.

Pros:Good bottle. It does what it's supposed to do. I purchased a couple for my massage therapists and they like them just fine.Cons:1. Overpriced. You can get the same bottle at a wholesale bottle company for around $1 but then there's shipping and, mainly, it's just so much easier to order from Amazon!2. There is a useless 3" x 4" sticker on it (see uploaded picture). And of course it's of the not-easy-to-remove variety. So, pulling off as much as possible, soaking the remainder with water, scraping off the rest - 15-20 minutes wasted.

This pump is okay. I bought the Bon vital cream and it is too thick, especially the jojoba cream. The original Bon vital cream was not as thick and work better with the pump. I have mixed some coconut oil in with the cream to make it more fluid and it has worked. I just think that it's a lot of money to pay for a single pump when I found a pump that works better for about two or three dollars at the beauty supply place. It even fits the lid of the Bon vital lotion. I ended up buying the Bon vital lotion so that I wouldn't have to mix the cream with coconut oil.

I should have looked at the other reviews before I bought this. The sticker is so annoying! If a sticker with a product code had to be put on this bottle, why not on the bottom (and small)? Luckily my holster will hide this unnecessary ugliness, but it is still irksome, considering the price of this product.

It did not work. The tube was too long, so we had to cut some 9f it off. Then because of how thick the material is, it was nearly impossible to screw the pump lid onto the container. It would have been easier to screw on if the pump was centered in the lid. And finally, the pump was not capable of pumping this thick material at all! But it looks nice.

It turns out this has a multi purpose! I can now get every last drop of my pricey hair gel out! Lol.

Excellent empty lotion bottle with pump.... I had purchased some moisturizer that came with a flip-open cap, so I transferred the contents into this empty lotion bottle. The pump works very well. Highly recommended....
