I had trouble "going" every day and I used this tea for that. It helps that you lose weight with that process as well. I will warn you, though. You WILL go and most times, it will be extreme. I ended up going several times a day. Sometimes I had extreme bubble guts, and stomach pain. If you have a sensitive stomach, I wouldn't recommend. However, I was desperate to go and this did the trick. If you're looking for regularity and weight loss all in one, I highly recommend this product.

I like this tea & I like the smell of the fresh herbs. I can’t say it aides in loosing weight. However it definitely helps your bowels. I drink this tea with Dieters Tea that I have taken for years to help with bowel movements. When I drink the 2 together I can tell difference, my body release’s more waste. The raspberry flavor seems to do the trick for me. The goji Berry flavor does not seem to make a difference. It could just be a mind thing, I have not opened the 3rd box yet

when you start to use ityou may fell diarrhea and so on... is cleaning your digestive systemafter some days it almost stops.... and you star to loose weight. i lost 17 pounds on 3 months. easy, no especial diet, not ecersixe... 2 more months i guies 5 pounds more, and i start gym heeeheheh... anyway fantastic product

Different flavors are nice but, this doesn't do much to me. I eat healthy but, I was hoping for this tea help me with losing few pounds but, doesn't do anything. So, I drink it sometimes for some flavor instead of plain hot water.

Very good tea it really clean your stomach out and make you feel good.
