include a 33.6K bps high speed fax modem, a 35-page automatic
document feeder and a flexible 300-sheet paper input capacity
that consists of a 250-sheet adjustable letter/legal size paper

All-in-One Functionality: Print, Copy, Scan, and Fax
The Brother MFC-9440CN color laser all-in-one does it all, so
you have to do less. It prints at laser-fast speeds of up to 21
pages per minute (ppm) in black or color. Printing is not only
fast with the MFC-9440CN, but it looks great too. You get
professional print quality at resolutions as high as 2400 x 600
dpi for vibrant documents, presentations, signs, and business
reports. When you need copies, the MFC-9440CN will deliver them
at a brisk rate of up to 17 copies per minute (cpm) in black or
color. Thanks to the 35-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF),
you can take on multi-page fax, copying or scanning jobs without
having to feed each page manually one at a time. And the
high-capacity dual paper trays hold up to 300 sheets, so you
spend less time restocking paper. For even more paper capacity,
the MFC-9440CN can be equipped with an optional 500-sheet paper
tray (sold separately) to bring the total paper capacity up to
800 sheets. Both the paper trays and auto document feeder can
handle paper sizes up to 8.5 x 14 inches. The flatbed document
glass can be used to copy, scan or fax irregularly shaped or
bound documents up to 8.5 x 11 inches.
The MFC-9440CN scans documents with incredible accuracy at
optical resolutions as high as 1200 x 2400 dpi and interpolated
resolutions up to 19,200 dpi. You can scan your documents to a
variety of formats, including JPEG, TIFF, and PDF. For even
greater efficiency, the MFC-9440CN also allows you to scan
directly to email, OCR, and more.
If all that weren't enough, Brother has equipped this all-in-one
machine with a high speed 33.6K bps Super G3 fax modem for
ultra-quick faxing. You no longer need to have four separate
machines taking up valuable space in the office: the Brother
MFC-9440CN takes care of it all--printing, copying, scanning, and
faxing.

The integrated and easy-to-read back-lit LCD display guides you

Enjoy the convenience of wired Ethernet connectivity with the
MFC-9440CN's built-in 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet interface that
allows you to connect multiple users to the MFC for shared
printing, scanning and faxing. No longer will you need multiple
machines at each work station. With the MFC-9440CN you get one
machine that will do it all for the entire group.
Other standard connectivity options include a Hi-Speed USB 2.0
interface, if you want to connect directly to your computer, and
a USB Direct Interface to print from and scan to your USB flash

images from any PictBridge – enabled digital camera without
