This is the worst carburator rebuild kit I've ever seen. The gaskets don't fit. And major parts are missing. Example: for the cold start pump there is the rubber cap for where the actuator sticks out and a poorly fitting gasket for the main body but no replacement diaphragm! That diaphragm is the first thing to fail on these carbs! Not in the kit. No gasket for the carb bowl bolt. Etc

Took apart the carb and rebuilt with the gaskets, the kit has missing pieces that are important. Installed the gaskets and fuel leaked out from the bottom housing around the float because the gasket is not the same width all the way around and clearly has gaps. Order a different kit for the rebuild, don't waste your money!

I bought this and the Venom one for my Mercury 25xd. I really wanted to use this one because it had new fuel lines and a filter but some of the gaskets just didn't fit. I would've had to modify them so extensively that it wouldn't be worth it. The venom one worked perfect. No new lines or filter included but it did include one part that this one didn't, someone else mentioned this I can't remember what it is.

This kit had every part needed to rebuild my carb on my 1997 Mercury 25HP engine. All the gaskets and then some.

Great product, super fast delivery. Got the boat back on the lake for duck and goose hunting.

Worked with 20hp Mariner, however, didn’t come with the choke diaphragm which was what I needed to replace. Disappointed I’ll have to order another kit somewhere else just for the diaphragm.

What was there of the kit worked pretty well but had parts missing so hard to use old parts, what really bothered me is that they include a gasket for the choke but provide no diaphragm, and there was no choke spring as illustrated in the pic online
