Recently put down laminate flooring. Wanted to protect it from scratches and gouges, so I bought these to cover the legs of some metal barstools. Fit perfectly- soft enough to make putting it on easy, but stiff enough to hold shape once in place and won't fall off if you pick the the stool up. Material on the bottom is soft and glides easily and quietly across the floor when moving the stool.If you've ever bought those stick-on felt type bottoms before, they do work- however- after awhile they fall off when moving the furniture, and they collect hair/dirt from the glue. These caps won't have either of these problems, since no adhesive is involved and they fit around the leg, not just on the surface of the bottom. And they are inexpensive considering how durable they are and likely won't need to be replaced.I received all the caps in perfect condition in a resealable plastic pouch, which makes it easy to store and find when I need to use the rest of them. If you have hardwood, laminate, or any other type of flooring and you want to protect it as well as protect the legs/feet of your furniture and allow them to move with ease, these caps are the ideal solution. I'm very happy with the quality of this product. The caps feel well made with no visible defects. The clear silicone is sturdy but has just a little give which allows you to stretch it onto table or chair legs that are slightly bigger around than the caps. It takes a little effort to stretch them and work them into place but once they are on, they are very secure and do not budge when lifting or moving the chairs. My chairs have unusual shaped legs and feet and these are a perfect fit! My chairs are also very heavy metal and wood peices and the caps allow even my 18 month old to easily glide them accross the floor with no fear of scratching up my flooring. I highly recommend this product!

This style actually goes onto chair feet and stays on - once we figured out the size we needed. Had to return the first set for being too small so be sure to measure foot at widest point as well as bottom. Curved shape works great.

I have 4 metal chairs in my dining room that have been scraping the linoleum floor, leaving black marks that are really hard to get rid of. I went looking for chair leg covers or floor protectors when I found this brand. I've never bought anything like this before (nobody told me this was part of being an adult!) so I just took the plunge. I did measure my chair legs first since there are different sizes and even square vs round protectors, so I picked the one that best fit my chairs. They're actually really easy to install, you just have to flip your chairs over and pop them into the feet one at a time. No glue, tape, or anything like that. They're just a tiny tiny bit loose, but still snug enough to not rattle around. They're almost invisible once you get them all installed, so I doubt any guests will notice in case you're nervous about that. These protectors immediately made a huge difference! My chairs no longer scrape along the linoleum. No more loud SKKRRRRRRRRCCHHH waking everyone up in the middle of the night when you're trying to have a snack at the dining room table. No more black marks on the floor for your parents to make passive aggressive comments about your cleaning abilities. Lol. They're made from pretty thick and durable silicone so I think they'll last, but I'll see how they fair after a few months of use.

great product. staying on has been an issue for some of the items I put them on. but they are easy to install. But measure correctly. they feel and look as if they would hold up over time. the only issue I have had is I often find them on the floor wondering ..ok..where did this fall off of? but if you are not going to move the item which you put them on then I would suggest you buy them. they do offer many in the purchase. maybe its because I move my chairs? but that is why I bought them as we just installed new floors.

These help solve the problem with our dining room chairs. The old chair bottoms were gone and were making marks in the floor. We tried the big black rubber ones first. They protected the floor, but you could not scoot the chairs in or out at all. Found these, and they do it all. They protect the floor from scratches and allow you to move the chairs in and out with out any hangups. My 3 year old grand daughter can even scoot her chair in now with out a problem or help.

I have about 10 old metal chairs that work well but I was hesitant to bring them on my wood floor for fear of scratching it since the plastic covers were worn down over the years. These caps work great and definitely saved me from throwing the chairs out.

They look good but they were big for my chair legs therefore I tried to return them and they are charging me 5,99$ to print the return label and only getting 4$ in return whic is unacceptable! DONT BUY !!

They do come off easily and this creates a problem. Perhaps adding an adhesive before hand to avoid losing the cups when cleaning the floor. The sizing numbers on these (and other) floor protectors I found was confusing. My chair legs were actually larger than the maximum size for these feet covers, but the larger size was definitely too big. These fit quite easily and my chair leg diameter was 1.2". I am curious to know how long they will last and how the felt will hold up. The silicone sleeves appear indestructible.

Bought these floor protectors for my dining room chairs. They fit well and adjust well to the slight angle that the legs have compared to the floor. Time will have to tell how well they stand up to the movements of the chairs over the floor but so far so good. Product looks like it will stand the test of time.

Great product for great price. Felt is a bit thin on bottom so not sure how they will stand up over time but so far so good. Shipping took a long time but you cant beat the price and worth the wait. Great product. Used them on my kitchen chairs which have a slight angle so regular stick on protectors didnt work.
