Artisan Professional Perforated Aluminum Baking Sheet Pan with Lip, 18 x 13-inch Half Sheet, Silver

I was looking to make rectangular pizza and didn't have the right pan. I found this one and ordered 2 pans. The holes in the bottom give the dough a crispy and better baked bottom. I have used the pans to bake other items as well. The pans are aluminum and easy to clean id done immediately after use.

I actually purchased this tray to use as a platform bird feeder. I was able to mount it directly to my deck railing, and the perforations quickly drain any rainwater. It is very sturdy, and easy to scrub clean when it gets dirty. It’s the perfect platform bird feeder!

This perforated baking sheet is perfect for all kinds of items, baguetts, cookies, etc.. Specifically, I pair it with the silicon baguette liner to assist it's sturdiness for oven, as well as even baking! It does what it advertises and my baguettes are perfectly browned each time.

Good heavy- gauge steel that does not warp at temps up to 450. Not non-stick but cleans readily with scour pad. A larger hole size might be helpful.

Very sturdy pan, the material is comparable to Nordicware baking pans. Only complaint was that the edges were a bit sharp, I used a Brillo on it to round it out a bit to make sure none of the sharp pieces ended up in my food.

Worked perfect to bake in the oven and on the grill.

Makes things crispier. Great for fries in the oven - Crispier. Great for pizza. The bottom doesn't stay so soggy. Good quality construction! Vey happy with it.

Pan arrived in perfect condition. Mirror shine and heavy gauge perforated aluminum quality.I have always lined my pans/sheets with aluminum foil making cleanup a breeze.

I don't usually write too many reviews. But, I love this product! I bake bread on it all the time. It is sturdy and made with quality material. It cools down quick, washes easy, and gives your bread or buns a professional look on the bottom and makes perfect breads because the perforation allows good conduction of heat. Highly recommend!
