Great game
My daughter loves this game! Some of the games are also good for motor/hand eye coordination skills and memory kills. I wish it had a menu for specific items that we are learning, but it is still so fun and the best part is: it works on my 2014 windows based computer.

Ok, but not worth it
...I was excited that finally I can get another great CD for my five year old. What a disappointment it was when we installed it. The box says 4-6 year olds, but my two year old was able to do it. My five year old said that it was too boring. There were also other problems with the software. The characters talked but the voices came out later, (like watching a bad chinese movie). The activities were boring, except for the part were the kids made up their own stories.I figure that if you will spend [the money]...on software for kids, it better be good. This one just did not do it for us.

a terrific software package for young children
My two-year old likes Franklin so I bought this CD with the idea of saving it for a year or two, but when he recently began using the mouse I decided to let him try this program. He loves it. Because he is younger, there are a couple of things he has trouble with, such as the Frogger-type game (hosted by Beaver, not Bear, as stated in the editorial review) and with Rabbit's difference detective game. However, he enjoys the poster making with Franklin, the friendship bracelets with Bear, hide-and-seek with Fox, and putting together the dinosaurs with Snail. All the original voices from the show seem to be here, lending to its authenticity. With each accomplishment there is a little bell that rings and a symbol that lights up -- nice positive feedback -- and when ten symbols are lit up, the child gets a badge for their scrapbook. As stated, there are three levels of difficulty for each activity so each game can be customized. There are also printable activities -- posters, etc., and the print feature works well.We are running Franklin's Clubhouse Adventures on a Macintosh G4 and it installed easily and runs without crashing. We ALL like this game. You and your child probably will too!

Challenging at times, yet hours of fun.
This is one of the best games I have bought for my son. He is 5 years old and loves educational games like this. While, it may not teach ABC's it helps hand-eye coordination, quick reflexes, and thinking ahead. There were areas my son needed help with, but for the most part he could figure out how to do the activities.

What a wonderful game!
I purchased this game for my 4 year old son, who LOVES Franklin. We played it together, and I must say I was impressed. The games are lively and fun, and the graphics are adorable. My son has been playing it over and over - I really feel I've gotten my money's worth here.

Hours of fun!
My 4-year-old just loves this. It is definitely worth every penny. It is so much better than many software products we have purchased in the past. It is so much fun -- and educational, too. After you play each game, you earn badges. My daughter is just so proud of her accomplishments on this. There are three skill levels so older kids can enjoy it, too. It's easy to use and not frustrating at all. I highly recommend this.
