Wonderful tarragon flavor!! Without a doubt, my favorite of all to use on sandwiches or salad dressing.

And I'm still not sure how to describe the taste. What I do know is that this is a perfect condiment to add to something that tastes like it needs "something". Today's use was to add it (plus Country Mustard) to an egg salad I'm making (fry 2-3 broken-yolk-eggs at a time in a small pan with olive oil, let cool, chop the flat and crunchy eggs and start the add-ins with two mustards, mayo, salt & pepper). I also make a lot of "veggie stews" with fresh or frozen veg, a protein, broth or cream cheese to make it silky and a selection of items from my spice shelves. You wouldn't think those combos would need anything more, but they often do. This mustard solves that problem without the added salt of tamari, fish sauce, etc. You will probably have other uses, and I urge you to just grab your jar of this mustard. It can add oomph to any savory dish.

So French, simple and delicious ! On a burger, with lamb, why not fries ( mixed with Mayo) oras a VINAIGRETTE -I start with a generous tablespoon of this mustard,1/2-3/4 cup of your favorite oil ( I usually use olive or walnut or mix),Squeeze of 1/2-3/4 of a fresh lemon (or full lime), tsp of maple syrup or honey, and I like to add a heaping Tbsp of small capers ( not necessary), S&P to taste et voilà !I make a generous portion in a mason jar every week and keep it in the refrigerator .There’s never a drop left when friends come over for dinner. I look forward to every tasty salad 🥗 Bon appétit 😉

Buckle up regular mustards, this one took the mustard experience to a new level. Love the complexity of the flavor.

This is my favorite mustard of all times. I use on any- and everything from hamburgers to making salad dressing. BUT, BIG BUMMER - and I see this has been a problem in other reviews - the last jars I bought were all messed up due to terrible packaging. Tops off the jars and mustard everywhere !!! Alas they said no returns but I pressed it through customer service chat and finally managed to get a refund. Why can't they just package it properly in the first place so people can enjoy this fab mustard instead of having to clean up a big mess and throw out? And then beg for a refund for damaged goods?

I've been looking for a Dijon Tarragon mustard ever since I tasted it some years ago overseas. I finally found it on Amazon - naturally. I could not find the brand I was looking for, so I tried this 2-pack first. I was so delighted with this mustard, I almost immediately ordered the 4-pack - much less expensive. This is not a typical "hot" Dijon mustard. It has a mild, spicy tang with a pleasant herbal taste from the tarragon. It's great spread on broiled salmon or other fish. I even spread in on my swiss & mushroom omelette. You'll love it. Shipping was very fast.
