Heavy Back Warmer
Wheat bag warms up fine in microwave.Bit difficult putting bag into belt due to velcro and labels.As bag is heavy and the belt has a very long velcro strap it is a bit cumbersome to put on and wear.I think it would suit a person larger than me as at 5’3”, 9st I found it awkward and heavy.The heat does work though.

Gentle heat
A good robust belt with a few flaws. The Velcro strap not really holds the belt in place as it tends to slip below the area I need it to. Also the heat pad doesn’t stay warm long enough to have a long lasting effect.
