Missing Part - Hard to reach customer supoort
I just received my seed kit on time. However, there were parts missing from the kit namely the seed domes which provide a green house environment to sprout the seedings.I have used AeroGarden products before without issue, but when I was looking at the comments on Amazon this time, I saw many low rating regarding; missing parts, poor product and less than desirable customer support.I tried calling them to request the missing items but I have been third in que for about an hour. So I did hang on and they are sending me the missing items, just took some patience. Not my strong suit. :)Good Luck

Misleading Product
I do love Aerogarden's and would like to continue to buy the seed pods. But, this is the second time in a row that they seed pods in the box are different than what was advertised. Really disappointing when you order a pod set for one or two herbs and those herbs are not in the actual box. Hope that they get this fixed.

This is a great basil set and makes growing fresh herbs at home easy. The kit comes with everything you need and is easy to follow directions.

Loving my herbs
Love these seed pods. I don't have a green thumb, but these little gems allow me to have fresh herbs every day. You do have to keep an eye on the water level once they get bigger. The only downside was that the manufacturer claims you'll have regrow th for up to 6 months. "Up to" are the key words here. I have found it to be more like 3-4 months. I would definitely recommend this.

I like the concept. I really want to grow Basil. It doesn’t work for me. I sure itsmy area and humidity. Check before you buy

Basil is 47 a lb in winter so it’s worth it
