Tracker Powerbank for VIVE Tracker, Extended Use of 8+ Hours

Is there going to be more to buy

2 of them seemed to work perfectly while the 3rd one doesn't seem to work at all. I am unable to charge it tried different cables and different plugs and all the same result also tried plugging it into the vive tracker and the tracker didn't respond at all. Contacted there support about 24hrs ago and yet to get a response.
