Our company has been working in the fishing industry and
successfully representing fish processing and caviar manufacture
products in the gourmet food market for over 25 years. Currently
we represent products of "Whole Caviar" brand.
In 2007 we decided to expand our business from Russia to Europe
and developed a project for opening a European or South European
branch of the company's commercial department. However, time and
world market trends in the food industry significantly corrected
our plans and made us think about launching a new manufacture of
fish and seafood specialties in the European Union.
In 2010 we developed a plan to meet our new objectives and
goals.
In 2011 we started its implementation.
In 2013 we completed the first stage of the project – chose a
place and site for the manufacture in an ecologically clean
ainous region of Southern Bulgaria.
In 2015 we completed the second stage – implemented design,
equipment and facilities of factory premises. An EU license was
obtained for the manufacture of caviar and fish delicacies and
HACCP system certification was carried out for the entire
factory.
At the beginning of 2016 we put the factory into operation and
began the manufacturing process of “Whole Caviar” products.
At the end of 2017 our company was registered with the FDA
system, which allowed us to expand sales markets not only in
Europe and Asia, but also to be represented in the United States.
For the moment the range of our products is rather limited, but
we are constantly working on its expansion. Moreover, favorable
competitive environment amongst fish farms in Bulgaria, strict
legislation of the European Union in the field of food safety and
quality, commitment to global competitiveness in the production
of environmentally friendly products undoubtedly make our
products attractive for consumption. These factors give us the
rtunity to bring together ecological attractiveness of
Bulgaria, manufacturing discipline and competitive price and
introduce to the world market tasty and, as we hope, welcomed
“Whole Caviar” products.
