Seizure lower parts of the unit did not get cold or stay cold

Still A Good Product
I purchased this post knee replacement surgery as I had one years ago following an ACL procedure. While the product is still made very well, the area providing the cold surface area of the device was too small for what I wanted compared to the HyperIce knee compression product. Please note the HyperIce is slightly more expensive, but purchased at REI as a member, the difference in price and coverage area between the two products led me to keep the HyperIce product.
