This product does what it says it will do. It truly fixes a dog's dry nose and it does it quickly and safely. I've been buying this product for decades for my Boston Terriers, and it always improves the condition of a dry nose even after just one use. After a few daily uses, things are back to normal.Each of my dogs has always liked to park herself in front of a heat duct on a cold day, and that tends to dry out her little nose. When I notice it's getting dry and ragged looking, I pull out the nose butter and it doesn't take too many applications before she looks (and I'm assuming feels) better. There's nothing in this product that I wouldn't use on myself, so I feel comfortable putting it on my dog's nose.I tried another brand once because I couldn't readily find this one again, and the other brand was so hard that I couldn't get it out of the tin -- It was a complete waste of money. I had to hunt down this Blissful Dog brand again!When you get a new tin of this stuff, you sort of have to break the surface with a fingernail, and from then on when you want to apply it, it comes out of the tin more easily. You just rub you finger around on the nose butter where you've made the divot with your nail, then rub the softened product on your dog. A little bit does the trick! It's best to open the container of nose butter before you get into position to put some on your pup. I just sit in a chair with my Boston sitting in my lap, and hold her around her body with my left arm, keeping her close and tight to my body so that she's immobile. I am right handed, so I get a bit of the product on my right index finder and rub a bit on her nose and then lavish her with kisses and praise. No extra treats needed.I do have to buy a new tin every few years, because it does tend to get old (I notice the scent changes) well before I can use up a container of it. But there are no preservatives in it, so this is expected... And I'd rather use a natural product on my dog and have to buy a new one every few years.My only "complaint" about this product is that the latest tin I bought is a little difficult to open and close. I bought a 1 oz. tin instead of my usual 2 oz. tin, because I never use it up before it starts to get old. I'm not sure if the tin is just too small for my hands or what... It seems like it's threaded wrong. Difficult to open and close, so for me, it's very important that I get the tin opened before calling my dog over. I want the process to be very quick because she doesn't love it when I mess with her nose. I have been buying this product for decades, over the course of the lifetimes of three dogs, and this is the first time I have ever encountered a problem with the container, so I will continue to use this brand. It works!!

My Frenchie's nose looks great again. He's little nose was very dry, and it was a battle putting on coconut oil, because he wanted to eat it or lick it. But this stuff has no scent so, I let him smell it and he lets me put it on with no problems. Saw results with in 2 days, now his nose is back to normal. Putting on his paws also.

We noticed our English bulldog's nose was dry and cracking in the summer, so I found and ordered this. I must admit, I was a bit disappointed when it arrived because it was so small. However, you do not need much! It lasted much longer than I thought it would, and worked perfectly. His nose was shiny and "conditioned" in no time. This became a part of our regular nightly routine.

This stuff works great for my dogs nose. Her nose gets dried and flaky, when applied on a regular basis her nose looks good and she isn't rubbing her face on the furniture and her bed anymore.

The product works as advertised. Positive results within two days.Opening the container is a nightmare! I will not purchase this item until they use a screw on and off lid.Only three stars based on ability to open container.

I bought this product in hopes of it working for my dogs, very cracked nose. I had used prescription stuff from our vet with no benefit to it helping. So I bought this stuff and wow does it work! We used it a few times a day for less than a week and his nose was better and better everyday we used it. The last slough of it came off yesterday and we were so happy to see his nose normal again! I would highly recommend it. :)

The nose butter helped my dog. Although, the tin lid would not open. Once I prayed it open and wrecked it, I now have to keep in a zip lock baggie. Other than that it’s great!

I don’t know what’s in this product, but it works like magic. One of my two frenchies had dry and cracked nose, and I came across with this product reading the reviews of similar product of a different brand on amazon lol I put 2-3 times for couple of days and his nose is looking all great now!! I thought it was quite expensive for 28g but seeing the effectiveness of this balm I’m totally convinced :)

So easy to use, roll up and apply on my Bully. Not messy.

I used this on my dogs nose for a few years, and it kept her nose moist and healthy in out cold Canadian winters. I now have a new puppy and started putting it on her nose a couple times a week to get her used to it before winter hits. I just scrape out a little butter with my finger nail, soften it on the back of my hand a little then wipe it on her nose. It goes on nicely, and stays on. I do it before bed so it treats her little nose while she sleeps.

My dog had what appeared to be "growths" on his nose, after only a few days of using this product they began to fall off and now his nose looks brand new. I did notice they start to grow back over time but applying this cream seems to at least keep it controlled.
