The media could not be loaded.  A bit small but solves the purpose very well. Not painful to nose and comes with few packets of salt as well. Blocks one side of nose quite well so you can perform neti easily.

Although it's a nicely shaped neti pot, the quality is not as shown in the picture.. as you can see in the image it's not pure white, it also has some brand name enscribed and logo on both sides.. I won't return this as it does server the purpose but clearly the seller's intent is to misguide the buyer, should put up the exact image of the product.. still a good product nevertheless.

This is what I was looking for. The metal neti pots have joints and they react with salt water. So this is best as it is ceramic. I have given the picture so that one can guess the size of the pot. It just fits the nose cavity and serves the purpose.

Such a cute neti pot. Well packed. Got some neti salt too. Using it twice a week. Very useful. I suggest it for everyone.
