I probably should have ordered the green color which is more in line with my fitness level. Make sure you read the entire description as the color and level of resistance are related.

If you want the next level workout in the pool this product will do the trick. I started using the AquaLogix Max about 5 days ago for a more tougher workout. During my workout I noticed that the more fins I can employ the harder the workout. I dig deep into the water and pull hard but controlled and my muscles scream with fatigue. No injuries to my joints, just a great aqua workout.

FINALLY... a way to exercise that my surgeon approves of. After 4 grueling spine surgeries (in a 14 month period) all I am approved for is aqua therapy. Still no bending, lifting, twisting... I have no doubt these aqua bells will help me return to the land of the living. They're hard to find-thank you for carrying them on Amazon. If you're on the fence, hop off and buy them. You'll love them!

Good product but a bit overpriced

I totally like the water exercise bells. They were smaller than the ones my class mates had, and the grip makes it easy to hold on to.

I really like the handle grip on the bells! Great amount of resistance, they move well in the water & very sturdy/well manufactured. I really appreciate that they are made in the USA. These bells will give you a great workout!

I'm rehabilitating from multiple wrist surgeries on left side and non-repairable detached (2) rotator cuff tendons & detached biceps on the right. I adapted my physical therapy exercise to the pool. I was at the point of needing more challenge and better resistance without buoyancy. These are perfect. They never push my shoulders out of the water and provide different levels of resistance depending upon how you hold them. I can envision these challenging me for a long time.

Was experienced with Hydro Bells, that I understand are no longer available, so had to try these to continue aqua exercises. Happy to say, the AquaLogix bells, in my opinion, provide the same resistance while exercising. Appear to be well made and finished. Hopefully, they will last a long time.
