Noisy and bad costomer service
After installation I found that the left turbo makes a load sucking sound upon deceleration and I checked to be sure everything is tight and no leaks. The left made a load humming sound and still occasionally still does. I contacted the company and the only responses I received was that they want pictures. "A picture of a defect, a code that shows a defect, something along those lines that pinpoint the issue to the turbos." This problem was not there before and I haven't figured out how to take a picture of a sound.This may be an inexpensive turbo but it the expectation of any purchase is it works and the implied warranty is that it would be free of any defect including noise.
