Nicely packaged including free case. Got Iphone SE2020s for my daughters as much better value than brand new phones, more convenient size and can handle latest apps and IOS versions. Batteries good (90% and 92% life). Phones in excellent condition. Minor quibble is that one of the phones was still set up in US time zone and fahrenheit for weather but easily adjusted to UK settings. Very pleased overall. Its definitely worth checking out the reviews for each seller: this one - JQ Solutions - had 99% positive rating.

Great phone in excellent condition. Had to buy the other half a replacement phone, after he dropped his. this was perfect. delivered a day earlier that advised, nice and neatly boxed with a charger.

Purchased a renewed IPhone from this seller. Renewed policy states "accessories may not be original but will be compatible and fully functional". The battery in the IPhone is not recognised by the phone and affects the functionality of the phone, meaning I can not see battery health. Seller initially refused to provide prepaid returns label and expecting me to pay for the return of this item, but did in the end provide it. I won't be buying from this seller again.

Arrived the day after ordering and came with a dual charger and two charging cables. The phone also had a new screen protector already put on. The phone is in absolutely perfect condition and works well. I would definitely buy from this supplier again.

iPhone SE 2020 bought and described as excellent condition. Phone arrived super quickly and was very well packaged. Cosmetically it looks like new. Have used it now for a couple of days now and while the battery health would have nicer if it were higher it is certainly within spec so can’t complain there. I bought this because I have arthritis in my hands and when I used my iPhone 12 I have pains but when I used my old 6s … no pain. So this is a very good compromise for me. Sure it’s not as powerful as my 12 and the camera setup is not as good but at least I can hold it for more than 30 seconds without pain.All functions work well and I am very pleased with my purchase. Oh, it also came with a screen protector already fitted and a gel case was supplied in the box.
