The thing I like the most about the Deity D4 Duo mic is how easily it integrates into my existing setup and adds a new level of functionality.Not only is it a great vlogging mic because it captures audio on both side of the camera incredibly well but it also works great for interview setups because you can plug a lav mic directly into the second channel of the D4 Duo. All this gets pumped directly into your camera so you don’t have worry about syncing audio in post.The feature by which it draws power from the camera is fantastic since it means I’ll never run out of battery as long as my camera has juice. Once less thing to charge!The all metal construction on the mic itself instills confidence in the quality of the device. The Rycote mount is secure and effective at eliminating vibration sound transfer.Shipping was fast and item arrived in excellent condition.

Mic works well, however the rear (secondary) mic isn’t that great, you have to be really close for it it pick up the audio, unlike the primary mic

We're very satisfied with this mic. Its light weight, has great voice pickup and sounds great in post. We're travel Vloggers, so we're constantly carrying our camera on a gorilla pod. We can turn the camera away from us while exploring and towards us for a monolog and not have to worry about switching the mic direction everytime we turn the camera around. The shock mount is a much better quality than our previous set up.I plan on buying another one of these for our backup camera.

Good mic except the wind muff/deadcat fails to avoid wind noise(too loose), needs better design. So I returned mine, I will definitely buy it again once the issue is fixed in the future.

I haven't used it much. I do like that it does make the sound much clearer on my camera when I'm recording.

This multi directional mic is the best run and gun mic! It’s small but powerful! Equipped with multiple features yet simply built, enabling you to use with ease and versatility. It comes with dual dead cats and a yellow coiled 3.5mm cable. I can use this on run and gun shoots, interviews and/or scratch mic for narrative work. At its price it is a bang for buck deal!
