My dog Parker absolutely loves his button. We started off with using the first one for treats as he was a little nervous of it so wanted him to associate it with something positive. Once he got the hang of it he loves it and goes to whenever he wants a treat. Going to use it to teach him to let me know when he needs to go out next.The button is easy to set and has great sound. Can be as loud as you’d like depending on how you record your message. It’s a perfect size for my big dog but my smaller dog can also use it. Very durable too!

Really good sturdy buttons that are not too difficult for small doggos to press - mines a shihtzu. Although at the moment we are still continuing to train, she is slowly getting the knack of it. Super easy to record and re-record if necessary. We had an issue that was resolved by the seller promptly, such fantastic customer service. Have already recommended this to a couple of our friends with pups, start them young!! I think we will be adding more buttons soon!

These were simple to use, except 1 lost 1/2 of the recording after a week. Each time we redid it the memory seemed to fade again. The other 3 still work perfectly.However our dogs really couldn’t care less. Even the dog we thought would take to it (easiest dog to train you’ve ever met) but she showed no interest. Maybe it’s better to introduce when they’re puppies.

Absolutely brillaint product, easy to record the message, buttons are easily pushed and the mat is great for holding them down, we no longer use the mat as we found our dog got too excited and used them all at once so we have spaced them out for ease.The play back isnt too loud which was a concern for us as we didnt want it to be shouting at us, it's a very clear message played back.We did need to get in touch with their customer service, it was easy to find the details for them, within minutes we had a response from them (sent the email at 12.22, received a reply at 12.23).Genuinely can not fault their customer service, when it comes time to get more I'll definitely be buying from here again.

As stated in the headline you can only buy the mat with the buttons. If you aren't sure how well your dog will take to them so you don't want to spend an extra tenner on a piece of foam if it'll be wasted, then you're stuck forever without a mat and buttons that move about with ease. I emailed the company several weeks ago to see if there was the possibility of purchasing one separately, they have not gotten back to me. Other mats don't work since the shape is different than standard buttons, and since my dog has taken really well to learning to use them I've now got to find a whole set to replace these since we won't be buying more from this brand. Which is a pity because they work fine and seem robust enough for regular use, but I'm not interested in making further purchases from a company that wouldn't even reply to my query.

My cockapoo has a habit of staring at me when he wanted something and as he tends to be pretty clever I decided to give him the power of words. He worked it out in less than a week and now I can be minding my own business in the kitchen and he will use the buttons to tell me what he wants. He clearly disguises between them and has been known to use the "treat" button a little too often. He then sulks when I tell him that is enough. I was dubious but they are great and clearly the dogs can use them and understanding exactly what they are asking for. We have 4 commands at the moment "Wee Wee" "Din Dins" Treat" and "bedtime" he uses them all appropriately 95% of the time but some days he just presses them all in a frenzy of attention seeking

Fantastic to use and easy to record your voice, however, my dog decided that he wanted to eat my voice and ended up trying to destroy all of them.Having my voice “toilet” repeated whilst trying to catch the dog was not fun. He didn’t manage to break it, so very well built.Fun fact though, if your dog gets in their mouth and they bite down it doesn’t fully say the word, it went from “toilet” to “toytoytoytoytoytoytoy” gets annoying.Great product though if you have an obedient dog.

These have sat u used since bought. Dog isn't interested as they are too loud. When I did finally pull them out one doesn't even work. Waste of money for me

Love this! My dog figured out how to use them in a few weeks and now makes it easier to know what he wants because he tells us! Sometimes annoying about it but thats dogs for you lol

The media could not be loaded. These buttons are great. My puppy is starting to tell me when she wants to go out. We also have one for Remi hungry and the other Remi play. They do slide so I'm looking for small pads to set them on. I am definitely going to add buttons as she becomes more accomplished
