Great eyeliner
Love this eyeliner, has become a staple in my make up routine.Goes on nicely, lasts all day and doesn’t run or smudge. Also lasts a very long time so don’t have to re purchase too often.

It says no budget, but it smudges everywhere. You can wipe it off with your finger. Would avoid.

Fantastic and smudge free and my eyes can leak- run. Especially in the cold wind. I've spent £30 on one eye liner. & This is just the best. This is my 7th liner in a year & a half as I were every day. & You don't need to reapply. Stays on all day.. 5*****
