Not just for kneading dough!
These things are great! I've actually never used these for kneading dough, but they've been great for other things:Sous Vide: I don't know about you, but I'm a bit plastic paranoid so I've started to use these bags. I'll admit that these aren't 100% perfect for this, but I'd give it a 9.5/10 which is good enough for me. It's difficult to displace the air, especially if you're not using a marinade, but I usually get it pretty close and then I'll clip the bag to the side to hold its contents in the water bat.Left over storage: I usually put my left over cooked rice in these and reheat it in them too! As a bonus, the bags allow the rice to maintain its moisture and come out as if it were freshly cooked. Please note that I make sure that the bag is open, I'm think that the steam from the rice would be able to slip out since the ties aren't air tight, but I'd rather no chance it.Snack or sandwich storage: Trying to keep the planet green if I have a dry sandwich (this bag isn't leak proof), I'll throw it in one of these to cut down on my ziplock use.
