I love this mask! It's comfortable and stays hot/warm for quite some time.I wear it sometimes to relax and go to sleep along with my meditation/spa music.It's a little bit of heaven.It warms up well in the microwave. Smells beautifully like Lavender.I put it on a microwave safe dish to keep it clean and warm it for 30 seconds if that's not warm enough I go again for 10s:) so happy with this

This is the best gift to give, as I have ordered this twice! My daughter gets migraines, as my friend does also and both have told me how they absolutely love the softness and the scent is great!

Very comfortable to wear. When heated the lavender is a little strong for me. Use as an ice pack more than heat. Doesn’t stay cold real long, but works for me.

Good smell and heats very nicely. I like that it covers my shoulders as wel as my back.

It takes a little getting used to sleeping with weight over my eyes, but it's doable. The strap is a bit narrow, which rubs uncomfortably over time. I'm not getting a lavender smell from it. When it's microwaved, it's heavenly. Feels great, holds heat for a bit, and softens my skin. The velcro does catch my hair like other bands, so I wouldn't say it's superior in the band.Overall, this is a win solely because I can heat it up and it's soft. If you are sensitive to pressure on your eyes or get irritated when things rub, look elsewhere.

I love this product don’t get me wrong, but it is why too expensive. Could go for $12 in store. Love the product tho definitely 5 stars. Too expensive for a basic mask tho.Anyway, the weight feels great on my eyes, wish the lavender smell was stronger but maybe that’s a good thing considering it’s on your face all night lol. Stretchy, comfortable all around your head. Would recommend this product but maybe find a similar one for less money.

THis mask is very comfortable. I don't use the strap. just lay the heated mask over my eyes, adjust the beads/seeds evenly (they do fall to lowest end while handling, but are easy to spread evenly over eye area.) And just rest--or fall asleep. Heat holds about 15 minutes-perfect timing for me. I use it at bedtime and I wake up once in night w/o eye pain, and again in morning w/o eye pain. My microwave is 1200 watts. I heat mask for 35 seconds, go directly to bed, lay it on eyes, and I'm ready to fall asleep. With this mask there is little weight/ pressure on eye itself. I found that very uncomfortable on other styles of masks I tried, plus my vision was distorted for several hours after waking.. THis one is a keeper.
