Shocked when it came in a vaccum packed box and thought it would never wxpand to a full double bed siize, but within a short time it wxpanded fully and is so comfortable.

So comfy easy to unpack and within minutes you’re ready to use it. Best mattress I’ve purchased to date! For first impressions I highly recommend let’s hope it stays that way

At the present time I’m quite happy with the mattress, it came early but I’m a very battered and warm box… which the delivery driver did apologise for. The pillows are fabulous and the mattress thus far seems good. I don’t want to be unfair as I may still be getting used to it as I’ve never had a mattress like this before but there has been the odd night that I have struggled to drift off as quickly as others

Some people like memory foam, but I did not. I found it very uncomfortable.However the emna company easily allowed a return and complete refund.

Mattress itself was OK but customer service awful once you want to return anything! Decided this mattress was not for me so made use of the 200 day no hassle returns policy. Getting the mattress collected was easy enough but getting my refund was a nightmare. A month after returning my mattress and emailing customer services multiple times, I d told they had my matress but had not processed my refund for no reason other than they hadn't. I thought fair enough it happens give them the benefit of the doubt. Nearly 2 weeks after the wrong amount came through so contacted customer services again and was fobbed off nearly 10 times, told its amazon's fault, who told me it was Emma's fault as its thier amazon store. It had now taken another week to get the rendering amount of my refund which is ridiculous. Main takeaway here is mattress is average at best, but the hassle free no nonsense 200day returns policy is an absolute nightmare to deal with.Based solely on thier customer services WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!
