the taste was my favorite part about the tea. I only drank the night time detox and after about 10-15 minutes of drinking, I start to feel it. I’m up for half the night in the bathroom. Doesn’t make my stomach hurt but it makes me go a lot. Helps bloating for sure but its not something I would drink every day. maybe once a week.

I love the hibiscus tea it’s refreshing and gives me clean energy without the jitters. The evening will make you go to the bathroom after a few nights so I feel less bloated. Definitely works. Bonus it has a good detox guide that comes in the box.
