Q: Can an iPad holder be fitted to main portion?

You can. That is how I use mine.

Q: What are the dimensions for the included carrying bag ; both inner and outer dimensions ?

Very soft cloth bag that measures 24” by 3” (round) and flattens when empty.

Q: Will a thick wireless mic fit in the mic clip?

I doubt it. I have a Shure mic that came with a small screw on handle and slides right into the holder. Anything bigger probably wouldn’t fit.

Q: can this stand be used for the upgraded usb condencer michrophone?

Depends on the weight and position, vertical or horizontal, this is not a heavy duty unit.
