We bought one box of their kiln dried logs which come in three separate boxes, making them easy to carry. Certainly not the cheapest way of buying logs, but these are uniform in length, perfectly clean and dry. So we decided to buy another. Unfortunately, they sent briquettes instead, and I contacted them by email. A few days later the wrong box was collected and the correct order came a day later. All handled very quickly and professionally by Luke, in their customer service department. Customer service at its best.

Logs burnt very well and provided good amount of heat. Got through them quickly though.

Good quantity of mainly good size pieces. One box lasts a short British evening, probably require two boxes for long party evening.

I ordered 3 boxes from Amazon rather than directly from the seller, who are actually local to me, to save on the delivery costs (as I have Amazon Prime). The amount of wood was far less than I expected. I did know that each box held 22l of wood, but that was hard to visualise, and for almost £40 this seems overpriced. Whilst the logs do burn very well, they are very crumbly with the bark falling away from each log. So even whilst stacking them in our log store this created a lot of mess. We are new to log burning - the burner was already installed in our new home when we moved in, and I was hoping to find a reliable supplier that I could order from in bulk. However, the wood is no better than the bags I bought at Aldi for £3.99 - and that works out at about 30% of the price. There's also the issue of having to recycle the cardboard boxes. Quite disappointed and would not buy again.

Beautiful logs I used them only for decoration in a basket they look perfect

Not ideal for decorative logs which is what I wanted. Probably great for burning but very expensive for that!
