Tasty Shakes
Products arrived quickly which is good. Four different flavours in my pack and I have to say, that all flavours are really good. Think the white chocolate and raspberry has the edge but no complaints at all. This really helps to keep going on VLCD's.

Easiest mixing , no lumps
I have 8 varieties & so pleased, all so nice & easy too use. Feel satisfied on replacing all meals & loosing weight, would recommend to anyone.

The plain flavours seem to be ok for my lactose intolerance. These however aggravate and cause a flair. Be. Careful!

Fast weight loss 8-12 weeks
Found this very easy to use,good value for money,great taste and flavour. Used as part of 3 step plan for type 2 diabetes reversal.

Disappointing and too sweet
I'm afraid I found these far too sweet, I could just about tolerate 3 of them as long as they were ice cold but gave all the raspberry and white chocolate ones away as I really couldn't cope with that one. I've been having 2 a day but so far have seen no change in weight

Yummy and Filling
I have tried cafe latte and choc mint, both taste nice. love it. Will try the other 2 flavours this week.

Not hungry with these, good flavours
These work well with milk or water (or half and half) - thicker with milk, doesn't suit all flavours. For me, the cafe latte was like a rubbish realllly milky coffee, which was too much for me, so i'm giving those away. (Might have been better made with only water.) The other three taste good, the texture is smooth, there's no nasty after taste, no grittiness. (NB: I used a nutrabullet to whizz them, so they're really well mixed and frothy.)Better than the "normal" flavours for me.
