I’m in the process of growing my hair out and I just had it freshly professionally colored so I Wasn’t expecting much especially with a price tag like this attached to it but ….boy was I surprised! The quality is so nice, the packaging And the nice care in shipping was an added bonus! comes with A spray bottle, a mini comb, Care instructions, and nice elastic band. I purchased other extensions off of Amazon in the past and I would say that this compares to some of my most expensive extensions. Totally love that it’s a safe extension that won’t ruin your hair and give you some thing fun. The only downside is— I did notice o some light shedding of the hairs! I did lose a few hairs but that could’ve been from my application. The hair is so shiny and so soft and a perfect color match. Would’ve loved to have purchased the ash blonde but that was on back order. So if you are someone like me who’s in between and on the cooler side, the color I purchased would be perfect two! Another thing is quite heavy and take some time to figure out how to get it on. So if you are thinking about purchasing this I would stick with a 20 inch, Anything more might look a little fake and really heavy on the head. Prefect for special occasions! Great by for the price I certainly don’t regret it might even come back for that ash blonde when it’s back in stock.

This product I gave four stars because overall the glam look held up, but with the ponytail being synthetic it DOES get tangled too easy, so don’t get this too long. There was no shedding, and it’s easy to brush, easy to manage, great for quick and easy glam! Great texture, easy color match, perfect length for me! It's also thin but not too thin, but it's doable!

Looks so easy in the videos, but I was unable to get it to work without severe pulling down. Not comfortable or tidy looking. When I wrapped the strand around, the velcro would stick to the rest of the hair and snag it. The hair is soft and pretty, nice color, but gets easily tangled. That would not have bothered me at that great price. It was that I could not get the ponytail to stay in. It's too heavy to stay in place. A better idea would be a ponytail that comes to a point with a hair elastic on the end that you attach to your own hair just like you are making a ponytail. I wore those when I was a circus performer. Looked great and were very light. I could wear it all day without feeling like it was pulling. If you have any of those, I will be a customer.

They are easy to use once you get the hang of it and very soft and thick. But they don’t last very long. And they get tangled if you wear all day but they are great for the price

Ok! This is the Best pony for summer! Yes! It is cheap and you might want to buy a couple for while you wash one! Also, you will want to carry a small bottle of water or conditioner. It gets tangled, BUT, it is manageable, and worth it in the heat! And fun to wear! I take on cruises and I wear it for every day I want! I get compliments and I love it, And if you are older like me, (75) you can feel youthful….!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️yay!!!!!!!

During this time of Covid, I have decided to let my silver/gray hair grow out and quit dying it. This has been a great decision and so much fun!! I have ordered many different brands of synthetic ponytails and a couple of human hair ones. This by far is the best synthetic one that i have tried. I seriously do not understand the complaints about this brand. I can't tell the difference between this brand and my human hair ponytails when I hold them side by side, and to be fair, a lot of customer reviews agreed. The colors are beautiful and different and the hair is just like human hair. All hair tangles. You just have to keep a brush that is user friendly for synthetic hair with you and keep it brushed periodically. It also depends on your lifestyle. The velcro wrap on this ponytail is much more user friendly than some of the synthetics that I have purchased. It just takes practice. I use the little alligator clips, 3 small ones, and the bobby pins to hold them in and it doesn't budge. I do have to wrap a pretty scarf around this area so that they don't show. For 10.00, you can't go wrong. I ordered 4 of these, 2 in this color and 2 in another color, the black mixed with silver and i am sure that i will order more. Plus, they got here in 1 day. I haven't needed customer service, but other reviewers said that they are great and they do include their business cards with their email, if you have any problems at all. Whoever said these are "garbage" just didn't know how to put it in right or didn't take care of it properly.

It’s very thin, if you have thicker hair and want to add length it’s impossible to blend your hair with this. The quality is fine but it’s way too thin to use for anything other than pigtails

I loved the length and color of this pony. It did the job, and both tubes I've worn it I've received so many compliments. However, you get what you pay for in terms of not buying "perfection".1) Wish the Velcro strap of the wrap around was more sturdy/better quality and had more Velcro coverage. The material stretched out after 1st use (attempt of learning how to put it in rather, not actual use). After it became stretched out, the Velcro section no longer lined up, so you had to just wrap that piece right as possible and pray your bobby pins hold up. Lol2) The pony is so beautiful, but yes yes and yes, just like the other reviews, it tangles so easily. I kept finger combing it and people probably thought I had a nervous twitch or something. Then my girls kept brushing it out with their combs and it kind of became a laughing joke (in fun) of who's turn it was to keep my pony in check.All in all, yes 1,000% worth the cost since it's so inexpensive, but the latter was more of an issue. Especially the 2nd time I wore it it was outside with wind. Lol

It’s beautiful and long when you first get it however you can only wear it about 3 times before it gets all tangled, impossible to brush and nappy. It looks very bad after about the 3rd wear. Don’t expect this to last longer than that.

The hair look great but the clip would not hold the hair weight therefore it keep falling off. The velcro also too long and wide making the wrap around pony look not natural. The hair also tangle easily and when try to de-tangle with fingers it get worse. I tried to do the ponytail one time but unable to have the hair stayed on. Sorry I have to return it.

It looks way too thin or fake and tangles too much to actually wear outside, but for pictures and videos it's BOMB I love it I'm living my Ariana Grande fantasy. A tip to get it to hold better is I put my hair up in a braided bun, then clipped the extension to the front bottom of my bun, secured it with a hair tie and THEN I wrapped the hair strand around it. Holds perfect and I'm pretty sure I have the heaviest one. I sprayed it with dry shampoo for the tangles and shine so I mean it's some work but for the price BRUHHH
