This recorder is easy to use, has decent audio quality, and seems to have enough battery life for long recordings. My longest recording was 2-1/2 hours, and the battery indicator was one bar below full. Connecting it to your computer with the supplied USB cable allows easy access to recordings for download, playback, etc. It feels pretty solid and is portable enough.

I wanted a dedicated recorded so I don't have to clutter up my phone.

Everything is great. Records great! Only drawback is the fonts on the display are small and hard to read.

Like the use of memory chips instead of tapes. More convenient and no fuss like when using tapes.

I think you really have to study and retain the operating instructions. It's very technical machine. Perhaps I will come back and edit my commentary after I continue using it. I have kind of given up on it because it is so complicated for me.

I will always give a products a chance even though they may have some bad reviews. When i got this voice recorder the battery was 100% dead usually batteries are shipped and stored at 30-40%. I charged it and recorded a test only to find out that the play back volume on the built in speaker even at the max volume is very low you have to put it up to your ear to hear the play back. I was going to return it then, because i really wanted to be able to listen to my recordings or play back conversations for other people but decided to give it a shot because it came with a set of head phones and the play back on those was loud enough. So on the first day i recorded 40min of recording and listened to 20 min of playback And it was almost completely dead after being off the charger for 6 hours. Then it started getting really hot in my pocked so i turned it off, But it continued to stay hot for another 3 hours untill it no longer turned on at all. At which point i took it to UPS and sent it back.PROI really liked the desing of it and it took decent quality recordings i recorded a meating with it with several people and it did well, play back on the head phones was good. I liked the size of it. It felt heavy and robust which i liked.CONThe playback on the build in speaker is very quietI think there was a loose wire or a bad battery because it got hot and used all the battery life in a short time.

I have used it now for a few months. works like they said it would. even background sound suppression is good.

The line in recording mode is a great feature that not many recorders have.
