I ordered this product by mistake instead of what I had been using. When I received it and realized my error, I thought I might as well use it rather than go through the hassle of returning it. My previous product was great and I was losing weight steadily. This product was useless, neither suppressing appetite or helping with weight loss. I threw out the second bottle. Back with my old product, I am again losing.
