Craft-tastic - I Love Mythical Creatures Kit - Craft Kit Includes 6 Projects Featuring Mythical Creatures

My 9-year-old is super crafty and creative. Craft foam, tacky glue, Sharpies, googly eyes, glitter, ten different types of tape... pretty much every part of my house is clogged with the stuff. But in the age of YouTube and Minecraft it's nice to see her sit down and pursue creative activities. When her most recent birthday rolled around I ordered this because it featured a llamacorn, slothicorn, and purrmaid. I knew she'd love all of it but it wound up being her favorite birthday gift (even over a bunch of Littlest Pet Shop figures and a Calico Critters house).The different crafts required very little help (the llamacorn sewing was the only part she struggled with) and no other materials other than a pair of scissors. I've already purchased the unicorn kit for Christmas since I know it'll be opened, used, and loved before the holiday is even over. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My girls love this line of kits. This is our third, and I love that you have everything needed for the crafting, plus great and detailed instructions. My 9-years old, does it (almost) all by herself. My 6-years olds need some help here and there, but enjoy the process and the the results.

Bought this as a gift for 9 year old granddaughter-she loved it! The instructions were easy to follow, crafts were fun to make. She was so excited about trying everything that she completed all the projects in an afternoon!

Adult supervision required. We used a glue gun after reading all of the reviews on the tape being a problem. . I’d say if the artist isn’t old enough to read the directions then maybe they are too young for this craft set, especially if no adult is there to help.

My daughter really loved this craft kit. She was able to complete it herself, yet it was still challenging for her. It was a great way to keep her occupied and incorporate her love of crypto-zoology.
