The media could not be loaded. Overall, this product is excellent. Everything about it looks great. It is a quality pit that is “solid” when put together. It can be moved easily as well once fully constructed. It won’t blow away though. It is easy to light and it HIDES the tank as well.My wife, who is very picky selected this one after hours of research. She felt this was the best fire pit for our back year. Quality, look, easy to light, etc.. Plus, she liked that it hid the ugly tank underneath. I agree wholeheartedly. I am impressed with this fire pit. It “ups” the aesthetic look on my back yard.Installation: This is the only part where I was frustrated. I hard to take it back apart because I didn’t put the metal rod on to help with stabilizing the bottoms piece that supports the propane tank. This in turn made me realize I hadn’t turned the bottomed piece the correct direction either. Wonderful!!!) also, I never used the super long bolts in the bottomed part. It didn’t make sense to do so. Being longer added nothing to the support of the bottom base. It just would add a whole lot more twisting with a screw driver. PS- I wouldn’t use a drill on this product. Most screws are small. Just make sure you have a longer shafted screwdriver what is thin…not one of those multiple tipped ones. They are too thick to use when installing side panels.In closing, it is a great product. I am very happy with our purchase. My backyard is becoming the place I had always wanted when I was younger…where I am able to create memories with my family. Plus, my daughters like to have kids over because her parents have a nice fire pit. Thank you!PS: We bought a glass piece for the top. I was not in support at first, but it does help with protecting the flame on breezy evenings. We also changed out the fire glass as well. My wife wanted the 1-2 inch blue glass versus the round shaped ones it came with. ***It took two bags to cover it right.***

Pro's: Great for a small patio area; Easy to put together; Love the blue glass beads; Started right up on the first try.Con's; might want to use a drill to put screws in as there are a lot. Might need help when putting on the door.Overall, I love my firepit and enjoying the ambiance.

Love this so much. Very aesthetic and it’s nice to roast weenies and smores over. The cover is nice as well when it’s not in use.

This was a nice addition to replace our stick burner fire pit. It's easy to use, my daughter loves that she can go and fire it up and cook some smores as a summer night snack.I would purchase this again but it is not without it limitations.1. The install is fairly easy, the parts don't align as well as I would like, I had to twist and use pressure to get some panels in place2. The glass rocks concern me a little. I would recommend doing an initial fire without anyone around, we had a few pop and crack in half(see pictures). Since the initial burn we haven't had this happen any more.The fire pit puts off a lot of heat, and is great for an evening on patio.

I love this little heater! The fire in the pretty blue glass pieces is so nice, and it puts off enough heat to take the chill off of a cool fall evening! I also love that , when not using the fire, it makes a nice size table, about the size of an end table. It was also easy to assemble. (took my husband about an hour). I highly recommend this little fireplace.

Excellent quality, very nice. I bought it get my 80 year old mom to come outside. It worked! She loves it.

I'm loving my new firepit! It was packaged well, arrived quickly, and setup was pretty straightforward. The blue fire glass is beautiful. I bought an additional bag but didn't need much of the second one. It's bigger than I expected, in a good way. I had a question about getting it lit, and the company responded to my question on the same day. Note, the instructions for lighting it that came with mine were for a unit with a single dial setup (ignitor built into dial). This firepit has a dial to control gas flow and a separate ignitor button (red). You need to unscrew the red button and install a AAA battery. Then, the process to light it is:1. open the valve on the propane tank all the way2. press the red ignitor button and hold down3. push the dial in and turn it to the 'low' setting and keep the dial depressed4. release the red ignitor button when the firepit lights5. keep pressing the gas dial in for 5ish seconds to keep it lit6. release the gas dial and turn it to your desired setting between low and highVoila! It lights every time, and I'm using it almost every night.

I paid someone to put this together for me only to find out the igniter wouldn’t work. The wire was not soldered in. I emailed the sender about the parts not working, heard nothing back. So I got in touch with Amazon and they reached out to the seller. This took several days from the time I received the fire pit. I decided that since I bought a new product, spent more to have it put together, did I really want to pay someone to repair the broken parts “hoping it would work?” I had him take it apart, put it back in the box and took it to UPS and sent it back! Yes, it cost me to have him take it back, but the return didn’t cost me and a nice man at UPS carried it in for me as it weighed 58lbs! I will be 5 days tomorrow and have not heard anything from them. No refund at this time..
