Well made and sturdy
I was searching for1 litre pudding basins for my Christmas puddings and these fit the bill exactly. Nice thick porcelain to withstand all the boiling and steaming needed, with a good rim to keep the wrapping and string in place. Would recommend!

Perfect!
These pudding bowls are fantastic. I bought the set of three, and I'm glad I did! They are a good weight, and the shape is perfect for plum pudding! I've made plum pudding for many years, and am excited to use these authentic molds. Even though they are made in Portugal, the company is British, and that makes a difference! These ceramic bowls are going to be far better than the aluminum mold I used to use -- it started to rust on the inside of the lid, and even a Brillo pad won't remove it. I highly recommend these bowls -- they are worth the price to have "the real thing"!Shipping was great. They were wrapped very securely; no chips or cracks. And they arrived on time! I'm starting late this year on my puddings, so I'm glad they got here when expected!
