Looks like I found these under a bridge
I received 70 blue and 69 cream starfish. So I was shorted a few. I'm really confused as to what the crud is on the cream starfish. The blue are not so bad, but I sell my jewelry and could not in good faith sell anything made with these. They are disgusting looking. Do not recommend.

The containers were not filled up, I counted them to check. Instead of 160 white stars, all 4 containers of white starfish were short of 12 to 30 pieces. On the other hand the containers with the blue starfish were not missing as many...
