Mixes eggs like it should

I use this every day to mix my egg whites with one real egg. Works amazing. Only need to pulse it a few times and it’s done.CAREFUL OF DISHWASHER HEAT!!! Mine melted so I had to put it in the toaster oven and soften the plastic to mold it back in shape.

I was hoping for an item that would be quick and easy to scramble eggs. Met more than my expectations, all around. Went out of my way to search back on this purchase of mine so I could send this super positive review. Use it all the time. On my countertop.

I like to make a fluffy 1 egg omelet by whipping the white first. Those cheap small hand held whippers are a waste. This looked like the answer. While it does a great job beating a single egg white, that is the ONLY good feature. This comes in 3 pieces which DO NOT lock together despite the nice handle at the top, you have to grab and move the whole thing by the base. The cup has ridges inside making it impossible to scoop out the beaten white cleanly even with a small spatula. The beaters do not detach from the middle section making it nearly impossible to clean thoroughly without getting that section wet which the instructions say you should not do.

I considered returning or giving away, as it cannot mix dough or any kind of batter. But yesterday, I whipped up eggs, & it was beautiful. Can only be used for thin liquids. I'm keeping!
