Their customer service is AMAZING!! They stand behind this product. I ordered one and it stopped working after about 2 months of normal use. I contacted them and they were more than willing to give a refund. I messed up and ended up traveling and getting distracted.. and totally forgot to finalize the refund. 6 months later I reached back out to them on a whim.. this was 8 months after the original purchase.. THEY STILL HONORED THE RETURN THEY ORIGINALLY AGREED TO! They actually didn't make me even mail it back, they just gave me a discount code to order a new one with 99% off. The replacement is working great, hopefully it keeps it up. I never care to leave reviews, but this customer service is what inspired me to leave a review. They deserve recognition for this.The scale itself works greats, and looks & feels nice quality with that crisp glass feel. It feels & looks like its worth more than they charge. Its simple which I prefer in a scale (Step on, it shows your weight. Step off it turns off) and at the price you can't beat it. If your looking for simple sleek design that exists to just serve its purpose of displaying your weight quick. This is a good buy.

I am a problem solver.So, this is a sleek looking scale and I really like the look and feel of it. The first time you use this it will be incorrect. Once you step off and get back on, it will be about 3 lbs less. and that is your correct weight. Let me explain why this is:1. When you first put batteries in this it self calibrates while you have it in your hand. So the scale calibrates to zero based off of the pressure it is receiving at the time it is calibrating which will be zero lbs.2. You test it out for the first time and it shows you how much weight is being pressed against the scales sensors. These sensors are in the feet of the scale. So, it is weighting you and the weight of the scale.3. You step off, the scale calibrates to zero and now includes the weight of the scale.4. You try again and it gives you a reading of about 3 lbs less because it now knows to subtract the weight of the scale.All in all, it is a good scale. I was skeptical at first because I read the bad reviews, but I think they don't understand how the calibration works.

I was not expecting the scale to be glass. I am not sure why, I guess I did not read the description closely enough. However, it is really pretty and stylish and it is accurate up to 2 pounds, so I have been happy with it until last week. I have been trying to lose weight and last week when I stepped on the scale it displayed my weight as 21.10 pounds. I though to myself, "gee, my diet is really going well." It took me a few seconds before I figured out that the little button on the back side was the reset button. I pressed it and checked again. It then registered my correct weight and I was suddenly depressed again.Bottom line, I think it will do okay, but I am a bit concerned that I had to reset the scale so early after purchase. But it is pretty.

The only hiccup is that you have to step on the scale, then step off, then step back on.The first read is always 2.7lbs over.Doesn't matter how many times you reset the scale, it will always do this each time you weigh in.It's not a showstopper, it works great otherwise.

I needed a scale, because my doctor said so. I didn't want anything fancy (because really, I don't want to be weighing myself in the first place) but still something that fit into the modern style of my red and black bedroom. This works. Nice big numbers so I can still since how much I weigh without my glasses on (yay?) It has been several months, my daughter jumped on it several times, I accidentally kicked it into a wall scrambling to get to my dog puking in the middle of the night (tmi?) and it still works just fine, so I would definitely say it is sturdy to boot.

It'a inexpensive and have a nice look. But if you try to scale your weight twice in a short time (e.g. Before & after dinner) The weight show on the scale are exactly the same. My roommate is about 3-4 pounds heavier than me, but it won't show on the scale if we assess the weight one by one. By the way, the place you can stand on is quite small even for someone only 63-inch tall like me.However, it is truly a bugget friendly product!

Not accurate. Went to the doctor last week before getting this scale & weighed. Got this scale next day & it was off by 5 pounds. No big deal, that happens! But then I've weighed once a day, every day since then & it continues to change weights every day. One day I was 2 pounds less, next I was 2 pounds more, the next off a pound, & today up another pound. So far it has no consistency at all. Not happy with this scale.After giving my review the company reached out to me for advice & asking if they could help in any way. My initial review was one star, which is still accurate with the product itself. But I'm giving 3 stars because customer service was great!!

The scale is just perfect - easy to read and etc. Except it lies!! It says I weight X amount of pounds...that has to be a lie!
