1st of all, I weighed it on arrival and it does in fact contain 2 lbs of mango butter. It’s amazig how many products on amazon do not contain the amount stated.Amazing texture. The mango butter I tried last time was melted and poured into a mold. The fact that this is sliced in natural chunks makes it softer and easier to break apart. The smell is very pleasant, just a neutral plant fat smell. Will be purchasing here again when I need more.*edit*I ran out of this mango butter and bought some for a lot cheaper on Bulk Apothocary. BIG MISTAKE. The bulk apothocary one smells like chemicals and is much harder than the Oslove. I had to change my entire recipe to make it work, and it still doesn't smell good. Oslove Organics is by a mile the best quality mango butter I've found.

Great product, the chunks of mango butter are refined, clean, pure off white and fresh. The smell emits a slightly sweet and fatty aroma that’s consistent with jojoba esters. Mango butter will not and should not smell like mango, we add a mango essential oil to produce the desired aroma. This product is top quality and the 2 lbs weighed in just over. The price and quality are impossible to beat. This is our go to mango butter for all our skin care ingredients.

I try to buy everything organic - tried this because it said it was Non-GMO. Almost as good. There is definitely a bait and switch going on because the package I received is not the one I ordered! if you look at all the pictures, (past the first one) they have a picture of the one I received, which is not certified non-GMO. Pure and Natural are not the same thing! Disappointed, will not purchase from this seller in the future.

I use this in my body butter recipe instead of coco butter since it doesn't smell like chocolate. There is very little odor so it doesn't mask the vetiver scent I add to my recipe. It absorbs in about 20 or 30 minutes depending on how much you apply and leaves your skin soft and supple. I am an older woman (68) and prefer this to creams and lotions which are only good for a few hours. A treatment after a bath will last between 36 and 48 hours. My skin never felt or looked better.

The mango butter came in a large plastic ziplock bag which was inside large outside zipper bag. I weighed the bag and the weight was indeed 2 lbs. The butter texture was soft and creamy with no discernible scent. It melted and whipped up great with carrier oils. I'm currently using it for a peppermint foot butter which leaves my feet soft, moisturized and supple. Very nice quality mango butter. I highly recommend this product.

I have been purchasing Oslove mango butter since 2018. I have no complaints about the product. I even weighed it this year (2021) and it was indeed the 2 lbs I ordered. I use this mango butter in my hair, on my skin (after bathing), and I make my own soaps with it. I have experimented using different butters and oils in my soap and have finally concluded that just using this mango butter with the lye is the best all body soap (yes face included). All butters are easier to manipulate in the warmer months, but all I do in the colder months is just before I get in the shower, I run some really hot water into a bowl and place my jar of mango butter in the bowl. Once I am out of the shower the mango butter is very manageable. Keep up the good work Oslove!

I like the product. But the inner bag had a leak or something and it was a *pain* to clean up. I know I’m not getting my money’s worth because some leaked out into the box and some is stuck in all the seams of the outer bag.All that being said, I do like the product. I just wish it was packaged better.

The media could not be loaded.  This is absolutely amazing! I LOVE the subtle scent, the texture, feel...everything about it. I actually used it with some natural and essential oils to make a body, face, and hair butter. I did a video and uploaded it to YouTube. Excellent product and packaging...
