Buy this ONLY if you're a little mechanically inclined and can build without instructions....because you don't get any. Now I'm searching Youtube on how to put tension on the roller that fits against the bicycle wheel.

Sooo LOUD! Description states quiet, which is false. When cycling on it, you cannot even hear someone talking directly next to you. Maybe it's bad bearings? Regardless, it's terrible. Also came with no directions.

The resistance portion didn't spin at all but I was able to fix it.As another person has stated, no instructions in the box so I had to rely on the item's Amazon page for assembly and operating instructions plus had to watch another product's video to figure out that this item wasn't operating properly. Assembly was pretty straightforward and almost like it had been partially assembled already since some of the steps were already accomplished.When I opened the box I was a little concerned because both the outer box and inner box were sealed with Amazon tape while the outer box had the seller's logo and such on it. This leads me to believe that the item was a return.Once I realized that it wasn't going to work, I opened up the resistance mechanism to see if I could fix it myself. There were only 6 or so STRONG magnets on the inside so once I figured out the trick to reassembling it correctly, it worked.After I fixed it, the item worked as it should. Construction seems solid and I didn't feel uncomfortable riding.

This seems like a sturdy and solid bike trainer, but unfortunately mine came without instructions and not fully assembled. It took a bit of time to figure out where to place the two screws needed to get it to hold tension. It's also extremely loud. I know bike trainers can be loud, and I'm definitely more used to bike rollers, but the noise is just incredible on these. I can use them but only when my roommate is out of the house. I like to wear headphones and it definitely wakes up my cats and they go running into the next room. Not sure how much of that is expected, but I would definitely not get if you are in an apartment or have any noise issues.

Was excited to get this but immediately noticed it had no instructions of any kind included. That's frustrating because I don't have a lot of time to figure it out. Will do a more in-depth review when I get to put some time into setting it up.
