Identical to the one i bought over 15yrs ago. The top popped off one of the ones i had & i didn't think i could find another pair, let alone a box of them;-) I've used mine for everything from anxiety to pain-inducing places i've had to be in like the the dentist office to the hospital for many surgeries & more. (they are very squishy) I don't know what i would have done without mine. I've have had brain cancer & different cancers & health issues for over 20yrs.
