This is exactly what I was looking for after another plastic mug I had for years, got cracks in it. Most mugs with lids nowadays are metal lined and that's fine if you like your coffee very hot. When I use those, I have to leave the lid off and let the coffee cool for a while (at least an hour!) before I can drink it. I wanted a mug with a lid to use at work, that I could use to drink my coffee right away. Note that this mug will keep your coffee very warm for about one hour, and a little warm for another hour but don't expect it to stay warm all day. It's not a thermos. Get a metal-lined mug if you want that.This mug is for people who want to drink their coffee right away without it being scorching hot, and they want a lid. I need a lid because I have to walk across the office with the mug. Also, I am clumsy and want to avoid spills. This mug is wider than most so it's hard to tip it over if you knock your hand into it. A great feature is that the lid screws on so if you do knock it over or drop it, the lid will not pop off and only a little bit of liquid will spill through the drinking slot.I also want to mention that I received the mug with no lid. I contacted the seller and they asked me to send a photo of my mug without it's lid and they quickly replaced it with another mug with a lid.

These coffee mugs (or whatever you want to put it them) are double-walled, very lightweight, and hold every bit of 16 ounces - unlike many who claim they do, but don't. The plastic they're made from is free of all toxins, and is very easy to clean. I can easily get my hand all the way down into the cup with a scrubber sponge to thoroughly hand-wash it, but another thing about these cups is they don't get easily stained from coffee like others do, so washing them is that much easier. The outside of the cup has a matte finish which is very pleasing to the eye and very easy to clean and the large handle has the same matte finish that makes it very easy to grasp and hold even if your hand is wet. There's a rubber ring offset on the bottom of the cup (color matched to the rest of the cup) that nicely grips all surfaces and makes it very quiet and gentle when putting it down on a hard surface. Even the lid is perfectly thought-out. The lid is made up of three parts - the lid - the open-closure flange and a bayonet-type center that holds it all in place. The center part turns less than a quarter-turn to release all the parts for cleaning and is just as easy to reassemble. This design totally eliminates the need for having tiny little brushes to painstakingly get into all the tiny nooks and crannies of other closure cup lids that do not disassemble for cleaning. It's a very simple design that is also brilliant (why didn't anyone else think of this long long ago?). I highly recommend them to everyone who want a very easy to clean cup that is toxin-free, completely microwave safe, and keeps their hot beverage warm for an impressive amount of time with enough volume to keep you from having to be filling it up every few minutes. There's simply no cons about this cup I can see.

This leak-proof cup is good for keeping handy on your desk; it's less likely to be knocked over. However, it took some getting used to after years of using tall, weighted travel mugs. It is lighter-weight and shorter than the straws I like to use.

I wanted something that was not stainless steel so I could put it in the microwave, keeps my coffee hot longer than a ceramic mug, has a lid, and fits under the Keurig dispenser. Meets all these requirements except the most important one - it does not keep coffee hot longer than ceramic mug. However, I like my coffee very hot. Also, it leaked one time as I was drinking from it. Not the greatest mug but not the worst.

My mother had a stroke. This mug is lightweight so she can easily pick it up with her stronger hand. Drip proof, so she can enjoy her coffee without help.

We have these cups for everyday use. We love the flat bottom so no tipping and the coffee stays hot. You can also microwave and dishwater safe. Love it!

This cup was purchased as a gift to be decorated with adhesive vinyl. Since the mug was already recommended to be hand washed so this was a great candidate as a blank vinyl decorating. The surface was large enough to be used for a downloaded Svg graphic. This was cut on our cricut and when transferred to the mug it held for the first week. During the second week the porous surface would not allow the vinyl would no longer adhere.

Most of the things I gift the wife don't get used. This is used everyday. Being microwavable is a big plus.

I don't recommend this product for over prize.
