Q: Is BIZ considered a bluing laundry product?

I use in conjunction with a bluing liquid. But in the past it has whitened a yellowed antique nightgown for me that soaked overnight in hot water and a few Biz pods

Q: Is this product vegan?

Q: How much do you use for your loads if using with regular detergent? I find I get a lot of suds when I follow the recommended directions for med loads

I use about a half cup per load. It doesn't usually make suds so I'm guessing it has to do with it's reaction to the detergent you are using.
