These are a great product and the very top actually swirls, swirling the inner contact holder with it, to let you clean your contacts (or at least rinse them a bit). Be gentle with them though, they're not indestructible. Keep in mind what you paid for them and treat with correspondingly.

A washing machine for your lenses
You will never use the other kind of contact case again. This case is quite special. You unscrew the cap, open these tiny packets and insert each contact. They are marked left and right. Fill the case with solution and spin the top, it spins the packets to clean them in the solution. Works so well

Fortunately, this has not happened
I use these cases as part of a three step process in cleaning my lenses. They work almost as well as my original case and seem to be fulfilling the function for which I bought them. I was at first concerned because the lens compartments don't snap closed tightly as my original, and I have some concern that the lens might slip into the crack to such an extent that I may break the lens. Fortunately, this has not happened, and I have gained confidence in using it. It is convenient for soaking the lenses in the cleaner, allowing the deposits to soften and providing some mild agitation to loosen deposits - not an end all but a useful component to my process.

Broken!
Don’t do it!! Was so excited to find this. It was broken when I got it today. One side won’t stay closed and my contact gets loose in the solution. Such a bummer!!

You CANNOT see the R on the lens cage!
Well, since I can't see a bloody thing, the R on lens cage is IMPOSSIBLE to see! I have to make sure to have my old glasses & two magnifing glasses taped together to see the R .. it's a pain in the butt, so I don't even use it anymore.

Perfect Storage and Cleaning
Thus contact lens case is perfect. The fact that you can turn the holder and really do a good cleaning. Bought one for home and keep another in my travel bag.

I don't use
I do not use this anymore. Why? Because after you clean your contacts with cleaner and soak them overnight you should be able to put them on in the morning. YEt when I put them on the contacts still burned my eyes. SO for some reason not like other brands, this just is good for non-cleansing storage.
