I had to do a review on this compression sleeve. I have had arms aching and pain for a long time now, and these other sleeves i have tried, nothing worked or helped. I knew i needed something that i could adjust the tightness and also something that would not slide down off my arm. All i can say is that this works awesome for me and stays put on your arm. If you are anyone you know suffers from arm tendonitis or pain, please do not hesitate to get this. I finally slept.....YES, finally slept a full night restfully without any pain or aching to wake me up. Even pain pills would not help. This however, is such a blessing. I know doctors would probably say not to wear something like this while sleeping, but all i can say is that, when you are in pain and hurting, you are willing to try anything. I cannot speak for everyone and their situation, all i can say is that if you are reading my review and in pain or hurting, you really need to get this. I have tried so many socks and arms sleeves over the years and everything usually falls down or slides off the arm, this has adjustable straps to stay put. I will do more updates as time goes on to let everyone know. So please the bottom line is, if you or anyone you know if suffering with tendonitis pain or hurting and aching, you really need to get this. This is not a paid review, this is a real person giving a real live review on this.

This thing is so easy to put on it really makes me question the mental dexterity of those who posted reviews saying it was not. You stick your arm through and tighten the straps. If you've mastered the ability of tying your shoes, honestly if you can even master Velcro shoes, then you should be able to use this device with ease.This thing feels very durable, if anything I've had to loosen it several times, and it has a silky inner lining that protects you from the Velcro straps and clips.I am 6"1' tall, and the largest size covers my entire bicep with plenty of room to strap nice and tight.

I purchased this for support when I had a tear in my bicep muscle, so I could keep on working. I found it more comfortable to wear over the sleeve of my shirt it did slide some depending on the texture of the shirt. I also wore it at night directly on my skin so I did not wake up with a sore shoulder. I had to have it positioned so the supports was one on the underside of my arm and the other one was running directly out from shoulder blade or I would get a pinching in the bend of my elbow.

Had pain in my upper arm and decided to take a chance on this and I don’t regret it

Very easy to put on myself without help. Fits snugly & stabilizes my bicep well. Highly recommend.
