This is an excellent pivot set with screws. It is well suited for situations where the weight on traditional door frames is a concern. It is also perfect if you want to have a hidden door somewhere. This set enables a doorway that pivots from the center of the door instead of from a hinge on the side of the door frame. Great when you want a different style or the door weight is an issue. INSTALLATION 1. Dig trenches in the door and frame according to the product installation drawings. 2. Put the four parts into the correspoding positions and make sure their picots are on the same vertical line. 3. Use a screwdriver to adjust the adjustment screw on part #1to the lowest point, so that the 12mm cylinder is adjusted to the highest position, and completely inside the panel. 4. Place the steel bead into the 16mm cylinder of part #4. 5. Then move the door to the door frame and make sure the 10mm cylinder of part #3 is in the 16-mm cylinder of part #4. Put the 12-mm cylinder of part #1 into the 18-mm cylinder of part #3. 6- Adjust the adjusting screw of part #1up so that the cylinder of part #1 protrudes into the cylinder of part #2. 7. Adjust the screw until you can rotate the door smoothly. 8. If it doesn't rotate smoothly you can try and adjust the position of part #3 and #4.
