Worth the price. Very pungent black truffle flavor. It's probably 80% mushrooms and 20% truffles, but it works great. The mushrooms are a great medium for the truffles. 1000 times better than infused salt or oils or mayos. Get this!!!

I used this as a sauce for homemade truffle pizza and it was delicious. High quality ingredients at a valuable cost point. Will be getting again!

We have used most of the jar, it tastes “OK” but not great. We used this one in both spaghetti and bruschetta and it was a little salty and not strong on Truffle. I am not an expert by no means, but have used a lot of different Truffle Sauces and just my opinion, I have tasted better.

I’ve never had black truffle sauce before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it is very flavorful and just delicious. I noticed when I first opened it that it says to use it within a week but I vacuum sealed some and froze it so hopefully it is okay like that because there was no way I was going to eat all of this sauce in one week. I put some out with a charcuterie board and it was great on the crackers and even on some of the meats. I mostly like just spreading it or using it as a dipping sauce with a good bread. I will try some on pasta next and I think it would be great with a linguine and mussels. Overall, it’s a delicious sauce. Just be mindful of the expiration limitations with this one, especially considering the price.
