I’m usually not very good keeping up with my daily vitamins because swallowing large pills is not comfortable. sho Balance (and sho Energy) has made a huge difference for me! Its compact size, fun design, and reloadable cartridges have made taking better care of my gut health less boring and easier overall. Large pills are no longer a barrier for me when it comes to getting nutrients that will kickstart my day! In fact, I'm having some fun with it :)The pills themselves are small spheres, about 3 mm in diameter, so when I wash the two supplements down every morning with a glass of water it feels like I’m not swallowing anything at all... seriously. For people who have trouble swallowing large pills, you understand. Also, I appreciate how only highly quality, evidence-based ingredients are used if you take a look at the website.Tracking days of the week is super easy, just twist the dial to mark the day and you can’t ever forget. I gave it a try since I am always interested in probiotics for my stomach issues and during the winter time to help with immune system. This one is cool and different because the gels are small and easy to go down, and the click cap is so easy and cool looking, I am actually remembering to take this probiotic everyday for a week now. And I can feel my digestive system working in good order, despite the holiday sweets that I am eating more than usual and I am always concerned about my day to day digestive issues. It’s a really cool probiotic!

I really liked how small and easy these were to swallow. But they did not work for me like it has for the other reviewers! It left my stomach in pain and so I had to stop taking them before the 16th day :( There are a lot of probiotics out there and I really thought these would have worked for me.

I was looking for a good probiotic supplement for my overall digestive health when I found this Sho 5-in-1. I was searching specifically for a formula that included prebiotics because I read they are fuel to boost probiotics and make them more effective. I was attracted to these because they are vegan and gluten and dairy free and each small supplement is packed with billions of probiotics and essential superfoods. The supplements are actually small, round gel pellet, their 1/4” size and smooth gel capsule make them so much easier to swallow than other supplements. The feature that makes this so unique is the ingenious dispenser that can be attached to the jar of supplements—it is very easy to handle, just a one finger click of the switch to disburse the gel spheres, and a twist of the wrist to track daily doses. I feel that I got a double bonus here: a supplement packed with 5 different pure probiotics and prebiotics to support gut health, and the daily tracker and dispenser to make my life healthier and easier!

I like the fact that the pills are very small, easy to swallow, but they've got both the prebiotics and probiotics, plus other good nutrition in them. Working well for me.

The top of the container was cracked, so therefore the dispenser cap did not work.. this was a perk for me and I can’t even use it.

I'm glad these small pills seem to be very potent and are working for me. I've been taking two pills every night which is 100 billion as I was looking for a high strength probiotic, after having tried many different things for my troublesome digestion. I can feel the difference now, and I think it's good value for its content.
