Luvabella Newborn, Blonde Hair, Interactive Baby Doll with Real Expressions and Movement

We already have an original luvabella which we have had to replace once due to a fault so wasn’t overly thrilled with it with how much we paid (nearly £100 couple of years ago) so when this one came out wasn’t bothered but now it’s reduced to £25 it’s a bargain!! Just like the original doll it has life like expressions, was purchased for my 5 year old and it’s the perfect size for her not heavy like the original doll! Less than what you pay for other well known brands of doll that don’t do anything so in my opinion well worth the £25.

I had heard alot of bad reviews on the old Luvabella, but my two daughters ADORE these!!! My eldest is 6 and youngest 4, both recieved one yesterday morning and haven't put her down since. The sensors are great my youngest is currently jumping up and down with baby while she giggles "wee" she can sense when you hug her and tickle her etc. My eldest literally just said "this is the best thing I've ever had" so thought I'd quickly review before I forget. It's been a long time since weve had something we would recommend.Alot of reviews on the old luvabella mentioned the mechanisms, these can still be heard but arent that loud at all, I dont see these as a issue at all.The dolls are quite soft and light, i think they look alot better in person than in pictures. I no some people think they are creepy looking but I think in person they are really cute.There is two volume settings so it isnt to loud to drive you insane. After it's put down for a few seconds it falls asleep quite quickly, so wont drive you crazy and should save on batteries. Personally I think it is well worth every penny (£60)My only negative is it doesnt sit up or bend, it only stays in the straight laid down position which is about of a shame. But it hasn't bothered my two daughters very much. I hope they bring out a range of accessories soon to match herI think as a business they launched the luvabella and got ALOT of negative feedback, but went away took on board all the negatives, and fixed them and now theyve relaunched it and we LOVE it!!

Doll ok, did start to malfunction after a day I think due to being banged about by my daughter as kids do. The eyes and mouth stopped working but would start working again after being banged again lol. I got the same doll from a toy shop aswell but that one doesn’t malfunction. Not too bothered as this was a second doll for my 2 year old who doesn’t notice the malfunction when it happens

I brought my granddaughter this dolls for christmas which she love but they was a chip that came off the dolls head which was a present so it was a bit disappointed, it wasnt up to standard

Great doll, does what is says on the box. Only minus points I found was she doesn't sit down, and her hair is rubber and has started to peel off after the first day (see pics) after paying 30 pound for the doll that's pretty bad.Apart from the 2 minus points it's a great doll. If it wasn't for the hair it would of got 5 stars

Brought as Christmas present at a great price, daughter is very happy with her new doll. The quality is brilliant and all the features are great tho a little creepy at times. It’s facial movements are realistic with a dummy and bottle supplied. I wouldn’t pay anymore than £35-£50 mark.

Well worth the money my daughter absolutely loves this baby the only one fault is the hair easily rubs off but apart from that brilliant and amazing item :)

Can someone help me.i bought this in July as I have to start buying early for Christmas as I'm a single parent so I doubt they'll let me return. I bought this doll she has opened today in Christmas day to find out it doesn't work it makes noise but the buttons barely work when pressed it's eyes don't move open and shut it doesn't breath its mouth doesn't move I'm so disappointed as I can't afford to buy a new one and it's ruined her main Christmas present I'm gutted really waste of money don't buy

My daughter loves this! She asked for a doll that eats and sleeps and cries, and the eyes had to close. This was the doll that did all her requests. It cries and fuses, sleeps, "drinks" from her bottle or sucks her pacifier. The face is pretty, and it's not as creepy as it seems at first. Her reactions are nice, but it does sometimes not register the bottle correctly. All in all a great doll. Also, it turns out that baby alive clothes fit her perfectly.

The doll did not move or act at all, only did sounds. And the sounds stuttered and repeated.Got a fast replacement (Amazon is great at that) but same problem with the new doll.Returning it with refund, daughter got to pick another doll from a store instead.

Je n'étais pas trop d'accord sur le choix pris par les parents sur l'achat de ce cadeaux de Noël car à la vue de la tête de la poupée, elle n'a pas de vrais cheveux.L'envoi du paquet a été super rapide. Quand ma petite Cléa a ouvert la boite et qu'on a vu le visage de la poupée s'animer on a tous été scotché ! Cela n'a rien à voir avec les poupées qui parlent, le visage du bébé s'anime comme un véritable enfant ! La peau de la poupée est tout doux comme de la peau. Quand la poupée dort, on peut observer la poitrine du bébé se soulever et on entend sa respiration...Franchement c'est stupéfiant de réalité. C'est vrai que les bras et les jambes du poupon ne bougent pas mais ce n'est pas gênant en soi . Le prix de ce poupon est très correct par rapport à ce qu'il offre. Je recommande cet achat
